ayos naman yung lasa masarap naman kaya lang may after taste dahil sa added creatine. sabi sa mga review chocolate daw ang may pinaka masarap na lasa ng carnivore, pero caramel vanilla kinuha ko kasi yung mutant ko chocolate na eh.

actually sa case ni milks na madami nang lean mass common talaga yun mahirap kasi mag maintain ng lean mass pag minsan napapabayaan or kulang ang nutrition. w/ or w/out "ridin'em bicycles" noh sir milks? :P
yup 2 na whey. pang post ko yung carnivore para di madali maubos then morning and before bedtime yung mutant.
may kamahalan yung carnivore eh 2.7k tia lolengs lang nag bebenta. 4.2lbs lang sya.
dalton - uu not enough carbs and protein ang nakakapagpahina sakin. galing kasi sa pagbabawas kaya ganun eh pero malaking bagay din talaga pag naabot o sumosobra ka pa sa protein req mo sa isang araw.
