Taking whey 40-1hr prior to working out is not advisable IMO. Your energy will be compromised since your body will still digest the protein that you consumed thus you won't be able to utilize all of your energy in your training.
If you want to take some form of protein prior to training use BCAA's instead.

If may kitchen scale kayo, you could do a more accurate measurement.

honestly, no idea ko kung ano ang macro ratio. for the food naman, di ko sure kung ilang calories ako in a day. ang everyday kung baon sa office for snacks are two slices of wheat bread with peanut butter filling and 4 pcs of whole wheat crackers.
hehee sir planuhin mo maigi especially yang calories thing. Laking tulong, 1 month ka lang naman magbibilang then the next few months eyeball count na lang yan
