  • @badass_vinch Thanks! medyo confused lang, may nakikita kasi ako na bato bato ang katawan pero maliit ang frame, meron din naman na malaki frame pero walang definition yung muscles.

  • Eliminated my previos program. I tried today the 5x5 program and started to take a supplement pro matrix. Day 1: Squat @ 50 kg Bench Press @ 50kg Barbell Row @ 50kg Hoping to see much improvement than Michael Matthew's program. Hehe.
