Ryan 17, pm7 is a protein supplement, dont take all your protein via whey only. better get most of your nutrients in real food. usually after workout if the best time to take in whey. and before sleeping

guys, just wanna ask your opinion if its ok to use 2 kinds of whey, well im using pm7 and muscle tech whey. usually i take 2 servings of pm7 and 2-3 servings of muscletech per day during gym day.
