Bit of update. 8 week cut. From 167 to 158. (Image) slowly cleaning out shit foods starting today since the 8 week cut is mostly 70/30. Aiming to lose BF and weight at the end of the month.

Building your body and training to fight might have diff goals and in my opinion mas i-improve mo dapat ang endurance mo to last the fight. IIRC, bawal ang Pre workout supps sa official fights if you're planning to join one
