  • Bro, suggestion lang kasi naging effective sakin. Yung 4 scoops mo, spread mo sa whole day. Ang ginagawa ko dati 1 scoop sa umaga, 1 scoop bago workout, 1 scoop after workout, 1 scoop bago matulog. Pero as much as possible, dagdagan mo na lang kin…
