Ako every morning 2 raw eggs + wheat bread w/ peanut butter. Lunch- Chicken Breast. Then snacks sa afternoon wheat bread w/ peanut butter ulit. Then 1 raw egg bago matulog(post workout).

Mutant Mass(15lbs)-2800 yan mostly sa mga stores sa CNC. Yan ang gamit ko and masasabi ko effective talaga yan kng sasabayan mo rin ng kain hindi puro asa sa supplement. Then isabay mo sa workout.
