Lumabas nman yung epekto ng training mo for a year and a half. May traces ka na ng definition. Try it, increase mo lang protein intake mo at gradual lang pag decrease ng carbs wag mo biglaan kasi kailangan din ang carbs to maintain lean muscle mass.
