healthy sports drink

Hy!I lately started running and have designed up to 4 miles per day. I know just drinking water isn't healthier and I need to sports drink to sustain appropriate sodium stages. Can anyone suggest energy full beverages?

    Gatorade or Pocari is fine.
  • But as you are talking about the fast energy gaining juice then I will suggest you pomegranate juice..
    It's one of the best juice for good health..
    I love to drink this pomegranate juice..
