Hello mga sir ask ko lang po kung ilang scoops ng mutant mass ang kailangan ko inumin before and after mg workout . I'm 19yrs old ectomorph 100lbs lng . Gusto ko mg gain ng weight fast sna m2lungan niu ko. Thanks in advance

but kung madedetermine mo ang calorie/macro requirements mo, malalaman mo kung ilang scoops ang kelangan mo talaga.

actually madali makuha sa foods ang 2300cals even without yung mutant mass mo. anyway, baka iba ang lifestyle mo (busy sched or always on the go) or baka kelangan mo baguhin eating habit mo. may kakilala ako dati na ectomorph din na sobrang payat. di daw siya talaga tumataba pero pihikan siya kumain. two pieces of bread and kaunting cheese whiz, breakfast at tanghalian na nya yun. sa dinner one cup of rice at ulam.

ska ask ko lang dn kung tlgang ung 4 scoops ehh isang inuman lang kc natry q sya 4 scoops then mga 500-600 ml ng water ininom q lahat umabot sya ng 4 glass ng water pero maliit lang ung baso after q inumin lahat npakabigat ng tyan ko parang nkktamad 2loy bumuhat haha . d kya msyado mdame ung 4 scoops para saken ? ska mejo umay npkatamis . hehe
Yan + mutant mass + proper training I'm sure you'll gain lean mass in no time.
With regards to MM, pwede mo siyang hatiin 2 scoops/2scoops.
Yung tubig hindi mo naman talagang kailangang sundin basta depende pa din yan taste preference mo, kung matamis dagdagan mo pa ng tubig, walang kaso yun.
as posted by sir allen, pwede mo hatiin ang servings. example: isa sa pagkagising, isa sa pre-workout, isa sa post workout, or kahit kelan mo gusto.
