STUBBORN CHEST!!!! PLEASE HELP

mga sir, halos 2years na akong nagbubuhat. napapansin ko almost lahat ng parts ng katawan ko e nagbago naman pero ung chest ko parang ang bagal. to the point na parang naiwan na ng ibang parts ng katawan ko. di malaki katawan ko pero kung iccompare mo sa dati kong katawan e lumaki talaga. PLEASE HELP.

ano ma-sggest niyo na program or any techniques regarding chest improvement?


current chest program: kakapalit ko lang last buhat ko




flatbenchbb 5x5 130lbs (or mas maganda ba ung 3x5 for bulking?)
inclinebb 5x5 105lbs
decline db 3x10 - 35lbs
flys -3x10 10lbs
dips - 4sets to failure
diet: kain ng kain! chicken breast sa umaga tanghali gabi tapos 3pieces ng itlog araw araw.

    kung ang triceps mo at shoulders ay malaki malamang mali ang form mo at execution sa pressing moves. hindi tinatamaan yung chest mo.

    tama c vinch bka mali form mo, ganun dn ako dati eh buti nalang sinita ako ng malaking mamaw sa gym haha.

    You are overtraining bigtime. You weigh 128lbs and you are doing 20 sets for chest - that's more than a Mr. Olympia competitor whos on AAS & GH. Stop doing 5 x 5. Do your warmups, then 2-3 BUST-ASS sets of 7-10 reps on flat bb bench, incline bb bench and dips. Finished. No flyes. No cables. No machines. Finished. More important than anything else is you weigh only 128lbs after 2 years of pumping iron - you need to start EATING or you will never see gains.

    brad!. . try this workout
    flatbenchbb 130lbs 5x / 100 to failure / 70 to failure
    inclinebb 100lbs 8x / 70 to failure / 50 to failure
    flys 30lbs 12x / 25 to failure / 15 to failure
    dips 12x / twice to failure
    dont need to do decline if your working with your inclined
    but you can do this on the next workout
    decline 100lbs 12x / 80 to failure
    decline flys 25 12x / 25 to failure

    this works fast to me.. i only take whey protein ON .. but there is a great improvement on my streangth and shape..

    inclinebb 100lbs 8x / 70 to failure / 50 to failure
    TIP: Work it out on a bench inclined around 25-30° angle. Doing presses on a 45° inclined bench, works the delts more.

    oo nga sir e. feeling ko ung form ko nga din ung medyo sablay. ittry ko magfocus sa form ko sa bench. salamat sa advice!:sport:boss, hindi ba ako maoovertrain kung til failure? never tried ko pa kasi ung til failure.
