    Hehehe ako sir iniwasan ko yan dati noong nagbubulk ako pero nang malaman ko yung IIFYM ayun! hello cravings na! haha pero! may limit yun ha. For me though, motivating yung linilimit mo yung sarili mo sa mga foods na nabanggit mo parang challenge ang dating ng lola mo. Okay lang yata pa minsan minsan add ka ng cravings mo like example half serving lang ng cake just to feel that satisfaction and pasasalamat mo na rin sa katawan mo na nakipagcooperate siya sa goals mo. Depende na rin yata yun sa katawan mo, kung kaya kahit anong food tapos maganda pa rin response then why not divah?

    Kung icoconsume mo after workout yung mga sweets sabi sabi raw mapapabilis ang pag absorb ng katawan sa protein dahil sa insulin spike AND of course depende pa rin yun sa response ng katawan but andiyan ulit si IIFYM. Gulo noh? so just test it and let us know.

    Yung kanin okay lang naman yata basta limit limit lang din.

    Thanks for your inputs mga Sir. Somehow mas lumalawak ung pagkakaintindi ko sa mga gagawin ko at ginagawa ko..

    Honestly, hindi ko naman kinalimutan yung mga food na binangit ko, iwas lang as much as possible.. pero di rin naman natitiis tumikim pa minsan minsan.. I guess I used the term "Deprivation" kasi feeling ko lang deprive na ko. haha!

    Umiinom parin naman ako ng softdrinks.. cguro once a week. :) Cake kung may occasion, sweets pag talagang crave na crave ka na.. hahaha!

    Mga Sir,

    I'm planning to shift on BULKING. For me, I think kahit papano eh natangal ko na yung excess fats ko.. Eto lang mga worries ko pag nag BULKING ako.

    1. Lalaki ba ulit tyan ko?
    2. Baka bumalik love handles ko sa original size nya on my cover pic
    3. lalaki ulit waist line ko (definitely)

    Okay, ang plan ko is stop na ko sa sobrang pag diet at ubos narin ang ripped fuel ko. Kung babalik ako sa eating rice and ulam, should I follow my old standard way or dapat bawas parin? Since night time ang work out ko, tama ba na after workout nalang ako mag dinner or very light dinner before workout?

    Ang dami ko na naririnig about peanut butter eating after workout, para saan po ito?

    May Extreme Mass by SNI powder ako, sa instructions work out days lang ang binangit, pwede ba to inumin kahit rest day?

    Pasensya na po sa dami ng tanong, gusto ko lang mas lumawak ang knowledge by asking and reading of course..

    Last na, Ano magandang kainin na mkakatulong mag increase ang muscle mass?

    good source kasi ng protien yung peanut butter....

    di ako mahilig sa peanut butter, pero after learning that it is a good source of protien...i try to include it in my daily diet...

    -Carbs - White or brown rice, oats, kamote, patatas, pasta etc
    Protein - Karne, Isda, Mani, Gatas, Whey, Itlog etc.
    Fats - EV Olive oil, avocado, mani, fish oil, egg yolk, karne


    Make up your mind, ano ba talaga gusto mong manyari sa katawan mo.
    Set a realistic goal.

    Honestly, what I wanted to happen is to obtain muscles na enough lang, hindi yung mukhang body builder, hindi yung mukhang buky talaga.. something like aljur abrenica, luis manzano, piolo pascual.. It might sound funny for some, but that's the kind of body I want o target.. Yung mascular pero hindi batong bato ang dating.. Well that's how I describe them based on my perspective.

    I know it takes years of maintenance why they stayed in shape.. That's why I continuously ask and read..

    Hindi naman ganun kadali maging bato bato, alam mo mahigit isang taon ko na pinipilit maging bato bato pero hanggang ngayon napakalayo ko pa para maging ganun.
    Kaya wag ka magalala sa part n un.

    Anjan lang si belo, calayan etc etc... That's the real maintenance they're getting.How about Chris Evans/Hemsworth type physique?

    After that, tingnan mo ang sarili mo sa salamin. Kung masaya ka sa nakikita mo, then, maintain the weight your are lifting

    Kung hindi, increase muscle mass


    Wag ka muna masyado mag-worry na baka maging mukhang incredible hulk ka, napakatagal bago ma-achieve ang ganun.


    Basta ito ang bottom line. Lift heavy to build more muscle mass, trim down body fat to reveal muscle definition. Diet ang aayusin mo para sa body fat reduction

    Yes, we normally see each other at the Gym. Do you also go there for work out?

    Regarding the competition at Boracay, mga pang wasakan naman kalaban nila eh.. Athletic division ang labanan, hardcore ang mga sumali.. Aaron worked hard for that fight, then nagulat kami mga kalaban puro naka turok..:jd::banghead:

    Eto.. Pic kagabi at the gym.. SOLO mode.. rest day yata ng mga peeps.. hehehe...

    Sa ngayon hindi ako nag gygym doon sir, pero they asked if gusto ko din ba daw mag compete. Kaya ko lang sila kilala kasi ka highschool ko sila miguel dauden at yung sister nya, oo nga daw nakwento sakin nung isang gabi na solido daw yung nanalo nung sa bora kapag nag forward lat spread na daw pa letter C na yung lats sa sobrang laki :blush:

    Nung nag post ako sa FB ang dami nga nag comments.. lalo ako na pressure.. On my own opinion, our body appears bigger when we are in front of a mirror.. And I don't deny the fact that I'm flexing the time I took that shot..

    So eto at nag iisip pa ko to strive harder to achieve my goals and hit the bulls eye.

    Natawa ko sa comment ng isang relative "photoshop ba yan?" hahaha! 2 weeks ago kasi may reunion at di naman ganyan itsura ng braso ko.. Eh di naman ako naka flex the whole day noh! hahaha!

    Di pa ko nakapagworkout dyan sir nadaanan ko lang,siguro try ko minsan mag session, dun ako sa valley 2 kasi mas malapit :)

    Brothers..

    I stopped going to the gym last June 12 because my membership already expired.. My supps are all out as well.. And I need to give some rest to my wrist which has been aching for a month now.. Not to mention, budget din..

    I'll be hitting the gym again this coming end of June, so halos 20 days akong walang workout nun..

    Here's the question... Ano ang mga dapat iwasan na food or ano ang dapat iwasan na gawain para walang masayang na investment on your body.. Sa sobrang pagka OC ko, feeling ko either mag deteriorate ako or mag dagdag ng fats in span of 20 days.. Sabi nga nila, weeks of training can disappear in days..

    I guess comments here will be beneficial sa mga napa tigil or mapapa tigil ng medyo matagal...

    sir Stannis yaan natin sya gusto nya yun eh.sir borexx I am no exert but i think the right thing to do is to eat clean padin kahit di ka nakakapagtrain at walang supps. no supps okay lang yan, pwede natin maachieve ang gusto nating physique sa pagkain ng whole foods pero clean. thanks

    tulad din ninyo ako walang pang gym, out of protein & supplements na rin.
    pero ang ginawa ko more on body weight exercises, naka pag invest na rin ako ng isang dumbell (hindi na pair kasi hiniram yong isa at di na naibalik, naglipat bahay na rin naman kami), a barbell and few weights.
    so push ups and baras (pull ups) lang ako. sometimes lunges & sqauts & jogging in place. few abs exercises kasi mahina ako mag abs.
    then eggs when i workout. i also buy tingi ng amino 2222 at 5 peso only each. no budget yet for milk or any whey :flex::banghead:cheers:yahoo::twitcy:
