My opinion is,
i-prioritize mo kung anong gusto mo,
kung incline day ba o flat, at kung DB ba o Barbell
mas maganda pag mixed,para makuha mo laht ng gains
kase ung barbell,concentrated ung tension,kung hindi ka nag la-lock ng elbows at maganda technique mo,ang lahat ng tension na chest
sa DB naman,hati-hati na,at may mga tutulong na ibang muscle mo,para mabalanse mo lahat,practice at training lang,ma-pe-perfect mo rin ung motion,
so ang advice ko sayo, paglahuin mo
darker color is more stressed
lightest one is the helper

Sobrang nakakainis kasi, medyo okay naman yung upper body ko, pag dating sa tyan medyo lawlaw yung belly fats ko. =(

Question 1. If training your 5RM can increase your 1RM, can 1RM training increase your 5RM ?
Question 2. If you have built a big and strong physique using 5 reps for each exercise, what will happen if you switch to 1RM training ? Will there be a decrease/increase in muscle mass ?
1. Possible but it would depend on your programming.
2. Getting huge is still dependent on your calorie intake, but you can't train your 1RM all the time since that would be too taxing on your CNS and be prone to injury. You alternate this with a volume or Dynamic effort day which would promote hypertrophy.

^Meron dito satin Bro kaso you have to financially ready and you have to devote time to it since it takes a couple of months din to study then take the certification exam na nakakapang hinayang pag binagsak mo since you would have to spend around $600 - $700 for that depending on the certifying body.
I've asked that before kay Sir Braso and he pointed me to it kaso kalaban ko talaga dito ang oras kaya malamang mahirapan ako pagdating ng cert exams.

^Yes and US$ ang bayaran nyan since nasa US ang certifying body and madami sila dun. That amount is for just 1 certification only. I also want to be in this position someday since I know that's my calling.
Pero sabi nga ni Sir Braso eh those certifications is just like icing on the cake since nothing can beat experience and the countless hours you've spent under the bar. Dami daw nya na interview na tadtad ng certification kaso simpleng tanong lang di alam daig pa ng mga walang certs. You can just learn on your own for the meantime, try different approaches on training, diet etc and apply it on yourself to see the outcome. So that once you start coaching others you'll already have a clear idea on how to help them reach their goals. This is what I'm currently doing since I can't devote my time yet on this endeavour.

At dun nakabase sasahudin nila, wala na silang basic. Well dunno sa case ng iba. Pero natuwa ako nung sinagot niya tanong ko na PT ang magdedecide kung anong program pagagawa mo sa client mo. Good news, kaysa yung susunod ka lang kung anong program ang pagagawa ng company.

...i always hurt my neck and shoulder when doing military press. i dont even lift heavy becuase it already happen before. even when doing nothing i still gets it. i watch tv and one wrong move bam! i hurt my neck!!!! what causing this? how to avoid and how to ease the pain? was at the massage therapist/ciropractor(spelling? to lazy to check) she dont wanna do anything coz it still hurts it might gets worst she said. she did gave me a back rub with some pain killer and she didnt accept my money when i tried to pay her, which is nice.
please allow me to ride in your concern sir. I also experience this at times, though in my case i don't feel any pain during the work out...i usually get to encounter this problem once i'm already lying on the bed and about to sleep...parang may naiipit na ugat....most of the time though that its back to normal when i wake up in the morning, but there are times na medyo masakit pa rin though at a lesser degree in the morning.
^same here! i always have this mini injury if you may call it like that. hindi ko mai yuko ulo ko dahil parang naipitan. i think i always feel like it when im training my back.
