Deloading is debatable. Some say it's a must while some say it not necessary. You don't need to follow x number of days. If you really want to a couple of days is enough.

i'm forced to have a few days off from time to time due to work related trips, which usually last for a day to a week....yung last November ang pinakamahaba...2 weeks straight.
i guess i'll be taking a few days off and skip my Thurs & Friday sched, as a sign of respect na rin for the Holy Week. Thanks again...
yep if you can pull 470lbs for 5 reps that will put you at 500 for 1 rep or maybe even more. though it would help to train your CNS using your maxes every now and then para di ka maoverwhelm sa bigat.

kagigising ko lang naka idlip ako pagkatapos uminom ng 6x na yakult at ngayon taeng tae ako. baka ito nga side effect.

I`m planning to change my workout routine, hindi na sumasakit katawan ko after ng workout. Kahit kinabukasan, wala ng soreness. Is this the solution? Low reps lang ako lagi for bulking po. :banghead:

way way back, i didn't even think of keeping a log. buhat lang ng buhat...DOMS din ang basehan ko...
but when i got serious, Dec din of Last year, tsaka ko naintindihan yung reason why you need to keep a log of your training. with this you can monitor kung nag-iincrease yung weight that you are lifting, and by basing it on the rep range, malaman mo rin kung kailangan mo na magdagdag ng weight because your body had already adapted to the current weight...

Anything in excess is bad. Pag nasa mood ako nag ya yakult din lalo ng isang balot pero havent experienced any side effects

gaano ka na ba katagal sa routine mo sir? gaano ka-intense ang inyong workout? mayroon po ba kayong ginagawang progression sa mga exercise niyo?
kaya bang maachieve yung ganitong katawan
or kaya bang lumaki at magka tone/cuts kung sa bahay lang nag eexercise at dumbells lang ang gamit ? or kahit magka tone man lang ang katawan ko.. wala kasi budget mag gym. ectomorph daw ang katawan ko. 5'6 ako at nasa 65kg. thanks! my belly din haha.

posible bang maging 500 lbs. ang 1RM ng deadlift kahit hindi mo talaga tinetrain ang 1RM mo? yung tipong 5 reps lang lagi?
