    yes sir medyo mahaba braso ko. I'm 5'8". Gano lang po ba ka-wide dapat yung grip ko?

    Used to eat raw eggs din dati nung tamad magluto pero nung one time me naamoy akong bugok nandiri nako lol
  • Hmmm for "shoulder friendly" pressing kasi sir usually a lil bit closer na gripp ang may less strain sa shoulders pero it still varies from person to person. elbow usually should be tucked approximately 45degress from your body during the bottom part of the movement para si triceps and lats po ang maactivate during bench. meron po tayong "benching 101" article tayo sa may workouts and training section, may vids and pics din dun sa maga posts check nyo na lang po :)

  • Yes but you can minimize that by tucking your elbows (in short placing your elbows right under the bar) :)

    @Allne- ang nakikita ko lang sa CnC na fat burners for women is yung lipo 6 hers nasa 1300 yata yung 120 caps.

  • mga sir, nung di pa ako ngwoworkout and todo kain pa ako, my weight usually fluctuates between 138-141lbs tpos medyo malaki belly ko. Now na nag ggym na ako and nagbabawas na ako ng fatty foods(more on protein and carbs na lang), hindi ako nababawasan ng weight pero nagmumukang malaki katawan ko. Hindi ba ako ngbuburn ng fats tpos ngggain lang ako ng muscle? Ganun ba nangyayari sakin?

    Possible. You can check the muscle & fat comparison on Google. As you can see, fat is more bulky than muscle. So you may not loose as much weight right off but your body will be more compact and your built will look better.

    Question: when do u take creatine? Is it pre or post workout? Or both? Kung both parehas 5mg ang ttke mo? TIA :^^

    Just take 5mg/day. I take it post wo. Timing is just a matter of preference.

    5g a day is ok. Grams not mg.

    some brands/manufacturer will recommend pre- some will recommend post-. i always take mine pre-. hth.

    Example

    Before you started lifting weight, you are a 180-lb guy @ 30% body fat

    Let's say, after 2 or 3 years of proper training, you are now a 180-lb guy @ 5% body fat


    You maintained your body weight but you now have more muscle mass

    180 lbs @ 30% body fat means 30% of 180 lbs is fat mass. That would be 54 lbs of fat mass

    180 lbs @ 5% body fat means 5% of 180 lbs is fat mass. That would be 9 lbs of fat mass


    Here is how a 196-lb guy @ 6% body fat looks like
