mga sir, nung di pa ako ngwoworkout and todo kain pa ako, my weight usually fluctuates between 138-141lbs tpos medyo malaki belly ko. Now na nag ggym na ako and nagbabawas na ako ng fatty foods(more on protein and carbs na lang), hindi ako nababawasan ng weight pero nagmumukang malaki katawan ko. Hindi ba ako ngbuburn ng fats tpos ngggain lang ako ng muscle? Ganun ba nangyayari sakin?

Let's say, after 2 or 3 years of proper training, you are now a 180-lb guy @ 5% body fat
You maintained your body weight but you now have more muscle mass
180 lbs @ 30% body fat means 30% of 180 lbs is fat mass. That would be 54 lbs of fat mass
180 lbs @ 5% body fat means 5% of 180 lbs is fat mass. That would be 9 lbs of fat mass
