    ganyan squats ko kaya sabi ni ds nung nakaraan baket daw parang pasubsob ako, lolz!

    actually kaya ko nasabi na parang nasusubsob kasi parang nagroroll ung bar mo pataas sa batok mo nung sa maximus pero overall ok naman yung form mo hehehe

    Parang nakakalito gawin yan haha. Di ko napapansin yung hip ko pag nag ssquat ako

    Question : Normal lang ba na nagkakaroon din ng konting DOMS ang lats after delts day?
  • depende anung exercise ba gianwa mo nung shoulder day mo?

    MP, DB Shoulder press, side lateral, front raises...
  • if you are doing the MPs right and using your lats as a "shelf" at the bottom part of the lift then yes possible sya. ppwede din sa side laterals raises makuha if you are kinda using your lats to "cheat" a bit.

    sir ang true failure kc hndi mggwa until walang spot..but ung sau parang trial and error tlaga kung pagbuhat mo nagaalangan ka na kung maibababa mo at lalo kang magaalangan kung maitaas mo pa the deload na muna khit paunti unti..thats for me..well hintay dn ntn ung mga input ng masters :^^ask ko lng mga brader.. nagtatake p din b kau ng crea khit hndi magwoworkout? first time ko kc gumamit..kelangan bang magtake khit off days mo sa gym? TIA

    what i'm doing right now is like this, if i feel medyo hirap na ko buahtin yung current rep, i put the bar back on the rack, yun nga lang di ko talaga ma-try lifting it to the point na may aalalay pag di na talaga kaya...

    yung failure kc sir is parang not lifting the weight more than 5 reps..thats my opinion.. :^^ask ko lng mga brader.. nagtatake p din b kau ng crea khit hndi magwoworkout? first time ko kc gumamit..kelangan bang magtake khit off days mo sa gym? TIA

    i was thinking of a possible alternative....
    i'm planning on stacking a couple of monobloc chairs on each side, just high enough that if i lay the barbell on them
    it will not hit my chest...so if i try to lift and di kakayanin, at least di ako madaganan....

    pwede kaya? kasi if not, i guess i really need to find someone who can spot for me...

    i guess you should find a gym near you sir :^^ laging pde ka magpatulong dun..ung gamit mo at home pang maintenance m n lng cguro

    Di ko maimagine yang binabalak mo.
    I suggest habang nasa bahay ka at takot ka madaganan buhatin mo lang kung ano yung kaya mo. But not to the point na ang gaan naman na walang ka challenge challenge.

    The best you can do, sa gym ka na mag ensayo.

  • Hi. Bago lang po ako dito. Tanong ko lang, first time ko mag gym kahapon with my trainer, I was asked to do push ups, kettleball squats etc.


    Now ang problem ko, sobrang sakit ng katawan ko , lalo na sa may buong braso tsaka dun sa ilalim ng kili kili (di ko alam kung anong tawag don) , to the point na limited lang range of motion ng katawan ko. Normal lang po ba to? Thank you.

    Now ang problem ko, sobrang sakit ng katawan ko , lalo na sa may buong braso tsaka dun sa ilalim ng kili kili (di ko alam kung anong tawag don) , to the point na limited lang range of motion ng katawan ko. Normal lang po ba to? Thank you.

    para sakin sir baka nabigla katawan nyo... or di kayo nakapag warmup masyado. wait natin mga sagot ng master natin dito. :)

    Take a pain killer if you can't function well. Masakit talaga yan lalo na kung 0 physical activity ka at medyo mabigat na for you at dynamic pa ung pinagawa sayo. I had my arms curled for a week dahil sa sakit sa bicep curls dati. Ang solution, i-buhat mo lang ule to get the blood flowing and you'll feel better.

    honestly hindi ko pa sinubukan yan, i dont eat raw unless vegies and fruits. mahirap na mag kasakit,

    ang sarap sarap ng itlog pag niluto eh, baket pahirapan mo sarili mo, ehhehe!

    masarap sa itlog kamutin, baka yung nakita mo is yung naka karton na na egg whites?? wala kc nian dto sa pinas e sana meron, ginagwa ko yan dati nug hs ko ihahalo ko sa nido tas 3 itlog na puti idol ko kc mga wrestler napapnuod ko sa tv raw egg iniinum di nmn ako nag kasakit buti nlng di ako na chambahan ng salmonella pero nung nag nursing na ako di kuna inulit..luto mo nlng paps para sureball. :P

    too much wide grip, shoulder activated ang bps mo, it should be tris and chest.
