I feel so experimental today hehe... So nagtry ako gumawa ng homemade protein bar for bulking hehe

Original recipe:
6-8 scoops protein powder
1 cup instant oatmeal
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup low-fat milk
3 tbsp crush peanut
as a test run, gumawa muna ako ng good for 2 servings (kasi baka pumalpak, sayang whey protein hehe).
2 scoops whey protein vanilla
90mL cowhead milk
3 scoops rolled oatmeal
2 tbsp peter pan peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
good for 2 servings
per serving:
PROTEIN 36.303000
CARBS 45.188000
FAT 13.444000
SAT_FAT 2.544000
TOTAL CAL 446.96
tastes very good. pero mukhang dapat instant oat ang ginamit ko at nde rolled oats, kaso ito lang meron ako. anyway first try pa lang naman, sa susunod try ko instant oats. at kontian ko lang milk sa susunod kasi malabnaw nung 90mL nilagay ko, kaya nagdagdag ako ng 2 scoops ng oatmeal.

dapat siguro sobrang dry pa din kapag may milk na, problema kc pag gnun hirap haluin sticky sobra para pag lumamig e matigas talaga.
hehehehe.. ako inaantay ko pa tumigas til now. so far, tumitigas naman. worst case, naka container ko na lang siya dadalhin. hehe
di ako titigil hanggang di ko napeperfect gumawa nito hehe
Ok para sa mga nagsisimula but eventually kailangan mo talaga mag explore binasa ko ulit mga articles niya, ang daming "My guess is...or I think....".

Gumawa lang ako gusto ko kasi sana pang dessert parang snickers pero healthy haha.
Masarap naman panget lang texture lol.
Ginawa ko kasi may caramel yumyum
