i haven't tried max OT pero if i'm not mistaken you should be doing the "normal" disp (the one in the dipping platform and not in the bench) if its part of your chest traning, but then again like ng sinabi ni koya rot depende kung saan mo gagamitin ang dips kung pang triceps alone lang or or pang chest (and triceps as well) w/c is chest

many might disagree w/ me on this, but for some reason mas malakas ako sa decline compared sa flat (actually konting difference lang naman mga nasa 10-15 lbs lang naman) maybe because of the leverage w/c brings me to the topic since i've been arching my back lately by flat bench pressing have become better.
Say Flat bench press is better done dun sa standard bench instead na dun ka sa smith machine na may tali?

why not do chest dips and weighted, instead of decline bp? im using iso before pang tamad days lang, malake ang difference in terms of plates na ilalagay, kase nga madali lang, para sa akin ah... nde ko nilalahat,
