napapaisip ako kung anu buhat ko.. kung chest o delts o back... or do the big two lifts (bench & DL) since the PL pros are there. Cant do squats due to my injury.

Hahaha! Hindi naman ako nagpakitang gilas @arwin. Pumunta ako dun para mafamiliarize ko ung ambiance ng OG. And in fairness i liked it! hehehe saka syempre para mailabas ang picture mo na hindi blurred or nakatalikod LOL! xD
@boss mighty nakakuha ako ng madaming pointers from alex about the squat depth, technique on how not to miss on the depth lalo na pag nasa PL compy, better squat stance, correct pressing grip,and lots more pinahiram pa nga nya ko saglit nung "wrist wraps" na pagkaganda at pagkatibay hehehe. at mdyo nasabihan na din on how to properly ramp-up ung weight between sets (in short not to become too greedy hehehe). I'll have him check my pressing movements sa saturday hopefully.
I can obviously tell that he is strict pagdating sa training and i can even see na he is gonna be more strict pagdating sa Compy prep hehehe. Natanong nya nga sakin that night, "How come i can still act like nothing has happened after training like not feeling hungry or almost feel like collapsing, etc..) ang sagot ko was "maybe i dont train HARD ENOUGH?" (w/c i think i'm kinda half-half i guess hahaha considering kinapa ko lahat ung mga ginamit ko dun saka ung bigat nung plates)
For me the experience was great saka makulit at masaya kausap si alex, kakaiba ang mga trip (w/c i will not mention na lang here baka mapagalitan ako at tsinitsismis ko sya haha).
edit: Hinanap ko kaagad ung 110lbs na plate and pinilit ko iangat from the ground at ang hirap LOL!.
