    bigay lang kasi sakin to sir eh, nyahaha.. performance, antioxidant,at calorie burn blend pala sya kaya lakas ko magpawis parang bagong ahon sa washing machine lagi damit ko lol

    Back / Calves day

    Deadlift - 210 x7 (PR)
    Db Rows - 100 x7 (PR)
    Weighted Chins - 25 x 7 (di pa ako makapag increase dito )
    Front Bb Shrugs - 200
    Calf raise - 240
    Wrist Curl - 40

    hangga't hindi 1RM yung nabubuhat ko 10lbs a week pa rin ang increase ko sa poundage

    LETS GET BACK TO THE GAME! After maging sexy because of mountain biking (LOL), balik beast mode ulit :sport:. We'll try to reach or surpassed my previous poundages. it is a long way to the top pero kakayanin ser!
