TUT? anu un? What I mean is I don't care too much sa numbers ngayon as with before na obsessed ako masyado parang approach ko ngayon is the look and the feel. kasi parang kahit anong bigat ng buhatin ko sa arms/bi's eh parang alang improvement at least for me kaya nakak frustrate din

BB curls lang saka DB Curls ginagawa ko lately, naka flex lang kasi bumubuhat kaya mukhang makapal pero manipis lang yan tignan mo ung pic ko sa gilid

ok naman yun, what i mean is if you keep hitting your "maxes" (ung malapit sa 1RM mo) every week ppwede kang manghina (dahils a CNS burnout) eventually instead na lumakas bago ka mag deload week (w/c is nangyari sakin nung last 3 weeks ko before ako nag rest week recently). saka pag super low rep range din kasi nde din masyado nabibigyan ng chance magfunction ung slow-twitch muscles mo w/c kelangan din ma workout so now what i do is switch up my rep range and my main lifts every week lalo na squat and DLs. though lift as heavy as you can pa rin (contradicting i know) by stepping back a bit sa poundage lalo na pag malapit ka na sa 1RM mo.
actually ung ginagawa ko ngayun is nasa same level of intensity pa din mdyo switch lang ng main lift na di masyado demanding sa CNS every other week. ung cns ko kasi talaga ang pinakadownfall ko as i've noticed hehehe since lately di naman ako nagkukulang sa asisistance exercises para sa squats/DLs. like alternating conventional DLs and Sumo DLs, BB squats and BB box squats. you can still maintain same poundage put your muscles for the same "TUT" but less taxing sa CNS.

both sometimes i even rest for a whole week dun sa lifts na masyado taxing sa CNS, what i do instead is do assistance lifts na may carryover dun sa main lift parang deload week ako.

Mood actually is the least of my prob sa lifting (cause im always in the mood hehehe) kalaban ko lang talaga ang burnout during the lifts tapos mas nasestrees ako pag nde ko maiangat yung same na bigat. i feel like im not doing myself and the members here (who have helped me one way or another w/ my lifts/workouts) any justice pag sumasablay ako hehehe. I may sound cheesy/sipsip but i owe a lot from this community seriously hehehe :P
