    hahahahah di pa ko handa, tignan ko pa sa end of the year kung need ko na ba or hindi, sayang kasi kung di ako sasali sa mga compy kung mapa fitness or bodybuilding man lang.

    wag na lang din siguro...kasi kapag nag karga ka repa nakaka weak ng ipin..tapos alamo ba braces cause din ng fracture at weakness ng ipin tsaka attachment nya sa bone..by the age of 30, mag fall na yung ipin mo...
