    ^^ sir, im still in the process of absorbing all info about the program.. i saw the vids of my buddies abroad and i was impressed. no roids, no fancy supplementation.. all progressing results..

    tbh, im quite eager to start asap, but i need to fix my sked and also find a gym that has good ventilation or ac.. strongly considering golds katips or eclipse shaw (medyo layu lang)

    will give an honest feedback about the program once i get into its zone :smile:

    ^^ most of the exercises and bodypart combo nagagawa ko na. Kahit yung rest-pause set. Kaso not on each exercise. This also plays with rep-ranges. Lets see how it goes. Have to set aside my fst/drops sets muna

    sir tatanung lang po newbie lang din ako dito kasi mataba po ako 220 lbs bigat ko 18 years old 5'6 height ngayon gusto ko po mag palaki nalang ng katawan kasi hirap na po ako mag lusaw ano po ba best na gawin sa pag papalaki ng katawan?

    Sir Monch.. sure! will keep you guys informed.. will also try the chest/tris later.. see how doms reaction.. need to get xtend since i sweat so much in these bakal gyms!

    @DonzJYE - good to to break the monotonous programs and might be good as well for "intermediate lifters", dont know its response for beginners though.

    follow a solid diet that will hit your macros. train hard and heavy as you can. find time to rest for good recovery. as simple as that kung gusto mong magpa laki ng katawan. ahh oo nga pala bawal ang mainipin kung gusto mong magpalaki ng katawan. your just 18 madami ka pang time and testosterone to spend kaya enjoy mo lang!

    supps are kailangan talaga - this can make you sustain and stay strong to lift heavy..... this can make you help to magpalaki ng katawan, kaagabay mo yan......... tsaka it helps also for the muscle recovery, depende yan sa anong klaseng supps ang gagamitin mo. Meanwhile, gawa kanang journal mo para matulungan ka ng mga masters dito... :wink:

    you can make your journal sir - para matulungan ka.
    put your stats, goals and your routine. so that other masters can advice too...

    you can do resistance training while losing fats, its advisable if you ask me dahil while you are in the process of losing unnecessary weight mas maganda na you are gaining strength and knowledge with lifting. in the long run you will build a much solid base as you cut. as for the whey, yes you can, its no big deal if you have the budget to support your goal to get leaner its much better. but, you should know how to eat properly and not really to the supplements you have.

    kasi im looking po sa mga sports apparel, i mean specially yung mga pang gym, orig or class, lalo na kng ung mga UFC type.. gusto ko sana mag collection, baka may alam po kayo na bilihan... (bukod sa greenhills)

    Gaano ba kalaki yung difference ng training for hypertrophy at training for strength? Possible ba na magkaroon ka ng gains kahit di ka ganun kalakas? Hina ko pa din kasi haha, tsaka baka on the brink of plateau na ako at yung mga naunang gains ko eh noob gains lang?

    Mahirap kasi na pareho pagsabayin that is if your talking about purely being strong. Kaya nga jan nahahati ang mga BB's at PL's. You have to choose and prioritize.

    Gano na ba katagal ensayo mo Stan? Di kasi ako naniniwala na ganun tayo kabilis mag plateau kaya di rin ako naniniwala na kailangan papalit palit ng program. Sometimes it's just all about having enough balls to lift some heavy weight.

    February ako nag simula at April ata ako nag start sa max ot principle, inassume ko na din na pang hypertrophy siya kahit di ko pa nababasa ng buo haha. Ok naman ang gains ko, gusto ko lang din sanang malaman kung hanggang kailan yung sinasabing noob gains. KinoCo-relate ko lang din siguro yung di ko mabilisang pag dagdag ng strength sa plateau.

    Kaka start mo lang pala so malabo pa na mag plateau ka na lalo na at bulking phase ka naman. Yung noob gains kasi iba iba yan walang definite time frame kung gano katagal but in my experience it can stretch out on your first year.

    Ayun mukhang motivation lang ang problema, Bro. Ako kasi may days din na ganyan pero iniisip ko na lang pag pinagpabukas ko pa eh gano kaya ako kasigurado na buhay pa ako at magagawa ko pa ulit to?

    It may sound morbid but that kind of thought keeps me going.

    you can minimize belly fats through a clean bulk

    avoid foods that are lots in sugar, salt etc

    aim to target a pound per month or every 2 weeks

    just my 2 cents lang mga masters

    Makes sense though to avoid belly fat "entirely" during bulking is impossible. you get fat/big because of the excess calories after all.
