magkaiba sir ang creatine at whey protein kya preho sila need, as long as may budget ka, take both.
Magandang stack ang whey+creatine. Sabi nga ni sir rot if may budget naman then GO lang. basta ayos din dapat ang pagkain mo ng real foods at wag lang umasa sa supps alone
yung pinabili ko sa toby's 2x 5lbs lang. medyo pricey syempre compared sa suking cash & carry.. but its still affordable compared to GNC's outrageous prices here.. hehehe!

texture: mas pino. & parang di masyado combined yung choco powder @ actual whey powder.
mixability: imo, mas lamang nang 1 paligo sa ON brand via shaker. di ko pa na test sa spoon @ cup.

hindi pampapayat ang whey, kung pa bulk ka, wala dapat sa isip m magdiet, eat big to grow big.. pero mas mainam kung nag mass gainer ka, mas mabilis ka dun magbulk.
ako i take whey after waking up, then post workout in the afternoon, and i take specialized protein before going to sleep.
sa morning kumakaen paren ako, like breads, fried rice, anything na available, same din sa lunch, tapos sa hapon walang snacks kc i let my stomach empty para sa NO/preworkout drink ko... sa evening, i eat boiled eggs or boiled chicken breast.
