    kung gusto mo pde ren yun, sakin kasi twice each day ako, after waking up tapos post workout.. bakit post workout? kasi kapag nag workout tayo, nagiging catabolic katawan natin, meaning nagkakaroon ng protein breakdown, kya need mo ng protein shake para maging anabolic (protein synthesis). whey proteins are fast absorb kya after workout maganda inumin.

    you mean take whey 4 times a day? pwede naman sir. though i would still encourage you to eat more solid food than that alone. and if ever you're going to do that, i would advise you as well to drink more water than usual para di mahirapan ung internal organs mo mag filter nung kinakain at iniinom mo :smile:

    magkaiba sir ang creatine at whey protein kya preho sila need, as long as may budget ka, take both.

    Magandang stack ang whey+creatine. Sabi nga ni sir rot if may budget naman then GO lang. basta ayos din dapat ang pagkain mo ng real foods at wag lang umasa sa supps alone

    yung pinabili ko sa toby's 2x 5lbs lang. medyo pricey syempre compared sa suking cash & carry.. but its still affordable compared to GNC's outrageous prices here.. hehehe!

    smell: mas amoy gamot sa iba pang na try ko.
    texture: mas pino. & parang di masyado combined yung choco powder @ actual whey powder.
    mixability: imo, mas lamang nang 1 paligo sa ON brand via shaker. di ko pa na test sa spoon @ cup.
    taste: mas masarap ang ON brand
    value for money: "I would like to invoke my right against self-incrimination" ;)

    ano pa ba... yung scoop nya itim. hehehe! :)

    may gumagamit ba dito ng twinlab whey?? kmusta naman? kasi yung frend ko bulky yung katawan, mganda katawan nya, nirecommend nga sakin na mag creatine at twinlab amino fuel, bale yung tablet yun.

    ^ ok naman yung twinlab sirs, basta konting tubig lang, wala ako masyadong gas dito. yung amino di ko pa natry.

    If kaya ng budge mo why not. Maganda siya post workout. Maganda if araw araw pero ako sundays hindi ako umiinom, binabawi ko sa food. cheat day ko rin kasi yon eh.

    majority of your protein requirements per day should come from whole foods parin like what the masters here have posted

    hindi pampapayat ang whey, kung pa bulk ka, wala dapat sa isip m magdiet, eat big to grow big.. pero mas mainam kung nag mass gainer ka, mas mabilis ka dun magbulk.

    ako i take whey after waking up, then post workout in the afternoon, and i take specialized protein before going to sleep.

    sa morning kumakaen paren ako, like breads, fried rice, anything na available, same din sa lunch, tapos sa hapon walang snacks kc i let my stomach empty para sa NO/preworkout drink ko... sa evening, i eat boiled eggs or boiled chicken breast.

    bro whey is important whether you're bulking or cutting. anjan siya to build muscle after training. Kumbaga nasa goal mo kung anong magiging role ni whey.
