talked to doctor who specializes in kidney and ask about supplements for body building. i asked what side effects has he encountered from patients. 1st i ask, what's the known side effects in creatine. he replied that he didnt get any complaint from any patients but instead in whey protein. sodium content daw so patients is prone to gall bladder stones. pero some are saying that mababa ang sodium content ng whey protein shakes... so, i suggest to drink plenty of water to flush all the supplements we take.
sometimes its better to consult a doctor who specialized in sports nutrition, kc mnsan ang ibang nephrologist hindi naman kabisado kung ano meron sa mga sports at bodybuilding supplements.

ahh, so tama lang pala ung ginagawa ko. kasi ngayun 106 lbs lang ako eh, 2 servings ng whey na tig 50g na protein ung iniinom ko, kala ko kasi useless ang pag inom ng whey kung hindi mo naman din ibubuhat that day. thanks sir naliwanagan ako hehe

nice! thanks! ang ginagawa ko kasi isang serving + banana or whatever meron pag gising ko, eto na ung ginagawa kong breakfast since wala na akong time mag luto kasi baka malate ako sa work. tapos before work out saka ako nag didinner and after workout dun na ako umiinom ng 1 serving of whey + banana din. tama lang ba yun?

Every food product has a thing called "label" on it. All you have to do is READ. No nned to be on anal on this topic. Whey is just a by product of milk to begin with.

Meal timing is irrelevant. Hitting your macro's is far more important than anything else.
Also, excess protein does not get "flushed" away just like that. Protein is a macro that has 4 calories/gram same as carbs. So excess protein not utilized by the body for muscle repair and growth can be utilized as a source of energy, can also get stored as fat and can be converted to glucose through gluconeogenesis if needed.
May question po pala ako, panu ba natin malalaman kung ilang calories or protein ang nakukuha natin sa isang araw? kasama na kasi dun ung lunch at dinner or miryenda. may tamang computation ba or nacocompute ba talaga? kasi syempre yung iba lalo na yung ma baguhan, wala kaming idea kung ilang grams ng protein or calories and naaacquire namin sa food. yung whey kasi nakastate na dun yung grams na protein per two scoops eh.
got my 2nd pm7 today. kakaubos lang ng ON GS whey ko and im disappointed with its tastes (double rich chocolate). pm7 taste better with or without milk. (but thats just me). i would like to try other flavors of ON sana kaso tight budget. haha.

hindi k nman sir nagka gas sa pm7?? yung SEI max protein maganda din kya un? dba mura lng un, halos same price ng pm7.
hindi naman sir. sa mass gainer lang talaga ako nakakapag produce ng knockout gas. hindi daw maganda ang SEI sabi nung isang master dito, mas prefer nya pm7. para sakin ok din sya.
@kurt meron nga sir sa sulit,ang problema 1900 yung sei, sa cash and carry 1600 lang. yung promatrix7, made by a company in india. paano assurance kung legit yun?
