as i always recommend to bodybuilding newbies, eat a lot, train heavy, and rest longer.
any newbie cant go wrong with such a simple routine. heck its not even a routine its a lifestyle.

i think illusion of wideness ang nakikita mo sa ibang tao. train your shoulders and back harder specially your lats if you want to have that wide look! kahit na di ka gaano ka-massive youll look wide if you have a good round shoulder and flaring back to carry it.
i bet you know the exercises for those body parts cause you have been around quite some time.
isa lang ang maipapayo ko sayo koya. kung na hook ka na sa fitness and bb wag mo nang sayangin ang pagkakataon para mapaganda mo ng husto ang wankata mo. God you are 18 and oozing with hormones a bb would love to have! if you think youre eating enough then eat more, if you think your training hard enough then train harder compete with yourself and beat it and one day youll look in the mirror saying the hell is this me? train wise and take it seriously as a religion! now hit the iron and make your muscles cry! lol!
