i'm 5'9 bitin ung lapad ng katawan ko sa tangkad ko

give me tips naman panu lumapad kase pakramdam ko bitin ung tangkad ko sa lapad ko. 3 months na kong nag gy2m.

    maybe you mean "bitin yung lapad mo sa tankad mo"?

    as i always recommend to bodybuilding newbies, eat a lot, train heavy, and rest longer.
    any newbie cant go wrong with such a simple routine. heck its not even a routine its a lifestyle.

    18 years old po ako . mejo malake na improvement ng katawan ko kas ang problema ko lang ung lapad. ung iba kase nak2ta ko ang lapad ng katawan kaht wala pang muscle though d nman aq payat nung 1st nag gym.

    wow! 18. how i wish i was that age age again and start to bodybuild.
    i think illusion of wideness ang nakikita mo sa ibang tao. train your shoulders and back harder specially your lats if you want to have that wide look! kahit na di ka gaano ka-massive youll look wide if you have a good round shoulder and flaring back to carry it.
    i bet you know the exercises for those body parts cause you have been around quite some time.

    isa lang ang maipapayo ko sayo koya. kung na hook ka na sa fitness and bb wag mo nang sayangin ang pagkakataon para mapaganda mo ng husto ang wankata mo. God you are 18 and oozing with hormones a bb would love to have! if you think youre eating enough then eat more, if you think your training hard enough then train harder compete with yourself and beat it and one day youll look in the mirror saying the hell is this me? train wise and take it seriously as a religion! now hit the iron and make your muscles cry! lol!

    salamat po sa mga payo mo. naadik na po ako ng sobra sa pag gym, my days wont complete without going to gym. pakramdm ko liliit katawan ko pag d aq nag gym kaht isang araw lang:)

    wag ka mag alala ganyan din pakiramdam ko hanggang ngayon ahahah! wag mo kalimutan mas mahala ang pahinga kaysa workout mo sa gym. ang workout ilang oras lang ang pahinga mas matagal. sa pahinga lalaki ang katawan mo hindi sa point na nag eensayo ka. have fun, enjoy mo lang ang gym di mo mapapansin malaki na pinag bago ng katawan mo.

    salamat sa mga advice. pwede po penge pa tips. sa program ko anu ba mgandang iprogram at sa diet ko.
    pero binabasa ko lahat ng naka post na forum d2. very helpful ang galing ng site nato. :D

    basa ka lang dyan tapos pag tagpi tagpiin mo yung mga mapupulot mo. wala namang masama kung try mo yung mga workouts eh. halos lahat ng bago nag eexperiment sa workouts nila pag umpisa. di kasi parepareho results sa katawan ng tao. pwedeng effective sain at di naman effective sayu.

    Bro, just be patient makikita mo ang changes sa katawan mo or better yet mas mauuna mapansin ng mga girls yan kesa sa sarili mo hehehehe

    tama!!! dati nag yoyosi at mdalas akong uminum ng alak pero simula nung nag gym aq hininto at tinigil q na un. 3 mos. palang aqng nag gy2m at madame aqng natutunan d2 sa site nato. :D
