Newbie lang po ako.
Since paubos na yung ON GS ko, naghahanap ako ng cheap alternative. I saw this Stacker 2 Not Just Protein Pro Series na mura lang. Seems to be amino spiked?
If ever may suggestion kayo na cheaper alternative sa ON GS, feel free to advise.
Thank you!

It's okay.
Unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients
Kasi di maximized yung biological value ng protein for its price.
Hahaha! Di ko nga din alam eh. With digestive enzyme daw.
Pag palyado na o kaya yung may chance na fake.
If you want pure ones, get it from TrueNutrition.
Just look at the ingredients, it's not even pure pure whey.
Actually, I'm a little confused with that too. Last time, kausap ko ung dating katrabaho ko regarding sa probiotic. Kaya okay ang yogurt and yakult, dahil chilled form and liquid form siya, so it is conducive for bacteria.
digestive enzyme is not the same as probiotic.
Based on ingredients.
The digestive enzyme is Fungal Lactase. This should help breaking down lactose.
Probiotic blend is composed of bacteria - 5 different kinds.
So you think, Stacker 2 is a good deal?
If they are from a reputable company, I will be inclined to use it anyway. Regarding how accurate or not, that's a different story but I can say that the cheap ones are always for sure under protein/whey, the more additives you have, the worst it is. For me, I dont really make a big deal out of this, as long as you consistently use the same products and measure your progress that way. Besides, they are supplements, and it's just a small part of the bigger picture for me, so I dont really stress on that.
On point. Thanks!
