    I think im back... Ooppsss i think im still struggling'

    I need to start somewhere... Medyo okay na sa mga buhat. Ready na mag load ulit.
    Balik PPL program next week.

    Nawala na yung hunger at pag crave sa mga pagkain sa labas. Naka adjust na din. Medyo sinisipag kaya prep food na lang 5-6 days a week plus cheat day.

    Thank you sir... kelangan enticing para ganahan... at kelangan ko bolahin ang sarili ko na everyday masarap ang kinakain ko or else baka bumalik ako sa adobo, caldereta, lechon, unli rice at kung ano ano pa... hehehehe

    paps, d ku sure kung san nakakabili sa atin nyan' espcially ung ganyan bento style, 3 division. and yes may lide sya. dito kasi ako sa bansa ni uncle sam.. dito ko sya nabili' 720 petot sa pera natin' 10 plastic ware with lid, re usable and microwavable.
