Ensayo) kahit pareho silang 45lbs eh magkaiba ng bigat' :jd: o baka feeling ko lang yun Nag DL kasi ako last set of 210lbs with the bakal plate, naka 2 reps lang ako. But last week nag DL ako 225lbs with rubberize plate and naka 10 reps ako. WEIRD. :twitcy:

himasin mo chaka mag man to man talk kayo nung bakal plates. "WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER" haha. yep, baka kulang ka ng pagkain nung mga days na naka bakal plate ka paps. chaka ung workout routine mo before mo ginawa sa rubber plates. pareho lang yan AFAIK. tinitimbang naman yan sa pagawaan paps.

Dec 5, I was at my 84kg... now at 81kg (last time na 81kg ako was 14 years ago pa ata), consistent sa cutting phase pero weaker. Pansin ko lang eh puro deload ako ngaun week na to, most of my routines talagang bawas load. Like today, OH Press before was 105lbs at okay na okay pa, pero ngaun at 100lbs struggling na. Same as last week before 155lbs sa BP eh smooth ngaun sa 135lbs nangininig na ako. :banghead:
Mga idol, anyone experience same conditions? Is it normal na pag nag cut ka sa timbang mo malaki chance na weaker ka pag nagbuhat? or am i doing wrong? ENLIGHTEN me :huh & Paano to masosolusyunan? =( Thank you.
Early christmas gift ni misis... PM7. Tried this morning and not bad. Mix it with homemade soya milk, panalo din.
