    sa ngayon kailangan talaga dumikit sa chest kasi rules sa PL comp yun.

    Pero kung basehan ko yung dati ko ginagawa,
    pag wide grip at normal lang na wide kayang kaya dikit sa chest pero pag mga close grip na may times na kaya ko sagad sa dibdib pag magaan. Pero minsan 1 - 2inches pagitan ramdam kona kagad yung stretch kya hindi kona sinasagad.

    ok lang naman depende sa tao, dati takot ako magkakalyo kaya napilitan ako bumili ng lifting gloves :blush:
    Pero mas masarap buhatin yung bakal pag bare hand, mas magagamit mo grip mo lalo kung STR ang goal mo. Diba wala kang makikita na powerlifter,strongman na may gloves may mga iilan na bodybuilder ganun din :smiley:
    Sa una masakit lalo na pag makinis pa kamay mo pero pag sanay kana tapos mag gloves ka, parang hindi na komportable.

    Ako from 100kg ay nakastraps na ko at belt,sumasakit na kse yung lumbar area ng spinalcolumn ko,ganito na siguro ang tumatanda, :D

    Upper and Lower split nga sir pero hiwalay squat day sa deadlift day.
    Sinusubukan ko sa DL na wag muna gumamit ng belt tutal medyo malayo pa naman sa 1RM ko pag training days pero sa Squat gumagamit nako ng belt pag top set na at feeling bangag that day.
    Hahaha oks lang yan sir atleast nabubuhat mo parin mga ganyang timbang...bihira ka nalng makakakita na bumubuhat pa ng malakas sa lahat sa edad nyo po! isama nyo pa yung height (parehas pala tayo sir :blush: )
