i was in market market, yung mag ina ko sa gusto na umiwi, nag take out nalang ako sa andok. more than 1hr ang travel time, bili and prep...when i doublechecked im at 26hrs already, thats why i felt some light headedness already, shouldnt had done that i was driving also

oo nga paps, may event kami sa market, i was there 630am, up to the evening, long day, everytime i fast i dont feel sleepy, nung mga 23rd hr na, boom, i wasnt hungry, but all that walking and standing up all day took a toll on the system, sabi ko gusto ko andoks...tapos bumili ako ng choco milk tea, nilagyan ko ng 1 scoop of ON whey...

hindi pa naman, youll get used to it, start on a saturday, have a big meal around 4pm saturday, beef so youll feel full until you go to bed, sleep around 10pm, wake up ka 7am, have water every 30 mins to one hour, sleep ka if necessary, before mag 24hrs you can workout, have a protein drink at hand afterwards, yesterday i tried it again, weird thing is, my lifts are still same.. but it needs to be 45mins only, i can cram 16sets of back around that time...drank a shake, then eat a very big meal...

Sir sumasakit po ba ulo nyo habang nag 24 hours fast?. Gusto ko sana subukan pero 20 hours yung pinakamatagal ko, nahilo ako at sumakit ulo ko.
