Hi guys, dati na akong member dito kaso naging sobrang busy sa kung anu ano. Ngaun medyo ok na sched so naisip ko magbalik loob sa site. Anyway im 33 years old, 5'7 currently at 170lbs. Start ako ulit ng new journal.
Im working out 5 times a week and the goal is just to be stronger and be spartan ready..
Usually ganito hitsura ng program ko update ko na lng per day:
Day1 Chest/Biceps
Day2 Cardio
Day3 Back/Triceps
Day4 Rest
Day5 Legs/Shoulders
Day6 Cardio
Day7 Rest
Currently im taking CLA at Whey Protein na supplements.

sir last na try nyo na ba mag parkour or calisthenics? mukhang kayang kaya mo eh hehehe
dali bumalik once may foundation, i had an operation last april, no more than 24hrs when i got home from the hospital, i was in the stationary bike, after 5 days i went to the gym to bench just the bar...madali lang syo yan, you know the drill:)
May mga friends ako na nagpaparkour kaso mas nagstick ako sa crossfit. Mas ganun kasi need ko sa mga obstacle races. Ang training week ko usually gym, crossfit at bundok.

Stiffed Arm Pulldown 12 reps x 4 sets
Triceps Pushdown 12 reps x 4 sets
Rope Pulldown 12 reps x 4 sets
Baka 15%- 17% bodyfat
