Share naman kayo ng meal plan niyo mas lalo na yung mga nagtratrabaho paano niyo nababalance? tska gumagamit din ba kayo ng lechon sauce. kapag minsan kasi nakakatamad na paulit ulit kinakain kaya bumibili nalang ako ng baliwag or andoks hahaha. thanks in advance sa mga sasagot hehe.

Start with 1k of ground beef and 1k of chicken breast
Cook them all and put into tupper ware, put in fridge, then at meal time, just put around 150g beef then 100g of chicken in bowl, microwave in 2mims , put hot rice on top and whatever condiment you want like suka ketsup etc.. Thats 70g+ of protein already, btw, when you weigh the food, weigh it when its cooked, your raw 1k of beef becomes 700g-800g when cooked...
Ground beef is ok coz you can mix it with almost anything, chicken is a standalone meal. Ill post a vid tomorrow, testing a toy
Salamat sir. pero tanong ko lang sir kung okay rin ba kainin yung andoks tska baliwag w/ condiment lechon sauce? kc minsan pg no choice na tska may party ganun mga ulam??

Okay naman yung lechon manok sir, ako halos 2 to 3 times a week ako kumakain. Kapag nagigipit ako sa oras magluto, diretso agad sa lechon manok, luto na eh.
