    kahit sa warm up lang sir v? sige gawin ko mamaya. ung sa leg raises na hihirapan ako ipitin sa paa. haha pero cge cge. later sir V. step up ko ung circuit ko.  :biggrin:

    ice lang bro  :biggrin: nag gain ako nung holidays hahahaha nag 210 more or less ako pag tungtong ng jan 2016, pero in 2-3 weeks time, nabawi ko amy interest pa. haha bumaba ako ng 196.5. nabasag ko ung 200lbs curse ko for quite sometime. mga 4-5 months cguro din ako ang stall.... anyhow, visibly, wala padin masyado (well ewan para sakin ah) pero ams nag luwagan lang mga damit pero interms of definition, kulang na kulang pa ko sa nakikita ko sa salamin (di ko alam pano mag hanap ng proper lighting.) hahaha. pero ang tlgang pansin ko, ung shoulder ko pababa ng wrist. i got slight boulder shoulder (lagi napapansin sa gym pano ko daw napabilog) haha which is problema ko tlga dati to. for somereason, overtime, naging ganun sya bigla haha. ung bicep papunta forearm ugat ugat na ung kamay ko. haha. tapos ung law law ko sa tyan, andun padin pero mas manipis na sya i guess pero makapal padin. nababawasan nadin ung sag sa lower pec ko (due to excess skin + fat) minumurder ko ng dips + decline bench. its working so far... gusto ko mag 100% sa diet (till weekends) kaso ang hirap for a family guy like me, un nalang time namin with wife and kids mag bond so napapakain at napaparelax tlga kos a weekend. haha. ikaw bro? malamang basag basag kna!

    Bulking ako bro, pero medyo bagal ang gain. Nice to know yung naging effect sayo ng rest from calorie restriction. Pag nakapahinga dun mas nabrbreak yung plateu , napansin ko din yun eh.

    Kwentong bahay, PAg uwi ko kagabi nawawala ung isang ulo ng repolyo ko. syempre badtrip planado kinakain ko eh, kaso kinain ni wife haha natawa at natuwa nalang ako kasi medyo nag cleaclean eating nadin sya sub nya for rice ung cabbage head for the whole day. kaya nag bigay nalang ako at nag red rice ng wala sa plano. hehe. bibili nalang daw sya mamaya ng gulay namin lol
