mga boss tanong ko lang ano ba magndang program nag buhat n ko dati eh ilang years din un natigil lang ako ano ba dapat kong gawin magstart na ko mayang gabi sana makreply kayo salamat
ano ba magandang program at ilang weeks ko gagamitin salamat

@mark692 kung anu dati mong program gawin mo nalng muna ulit... pag tatlong buwan na tingin mo eh wala nang progress edi baguhin mo konti atake...tapos ganun lang sa mga susunod...
tignan mo mga log nang ibang member dito kung gusto mo lang para gayahin mo set up ng training nila.

Do a light chest/shoulder/triceps plus 15min cardio abs for your 1st workout, rest tomorrow, then back/legs/biceps cardio abs the following day, rest again, then repeat, the chest/shoulders/triceps and cardio......etc,, do that for 2 weeks....the explaination is that after 2 or 3 work outs, the body will adapt easily, the nervous system and core are the problem, it takes time, around 2-3 weeks for it to get used to working out.
