anyone a member of Gold's Gym? Post your experiences/reviews here.
I'm a member of the Priority Club ng Holiday/Intercon so whenever I stay in any of their hotels may libreng Gold's Gym. Here's my impression..
Equipment and Facilities: Excellent quality, you can find most of the equipment that you need. I had no trouble what soever, and they were spaced out evenly, so hindi masikip yung mga machines and the plates/DBs kasi there's plenty of room to go around.
Staff: Never got a chance to interact with the staff, but the receptionists were nice. lol
Cost: Unless you get a corporate membership, or get a yearly membership (you have to pay 10,000+ on the spot), it's too costly (2,000-3,000 per month ata)
At Gold's Gym, you get what you pay for. It lives up to its international standards, but the problem is the cost. My verdict is that, there are so much better options there at much cheaper costs. If you're picky about the areas, like the cleanliness of the gym, or the facilities or the "class" it offers, then Gold's Gym is for you (and other commercial gyms like Fitness First, Slimmer's World, etc.) but if you don't care about all of that and as long as you've got your necessities for the gym, it really isn't worth paying as much as 2,000-3000 per month.. that's already 2-3 months in other non-commercial gyms.

yeah, much better. fitness first has really poor cust service, tapos di pa marunong yung trainers nila. and for the boys.. maraming uhm.. "nagooffer" ng service sa sauna (DAW!)
yea ganyan talaga sa mga mamahaling gym at kilala...kahit sa fitness first marami nyan
walang per session sa Golds gym, its either you pay anually, isang bagsakan or naka corporate rate which is isang bagsakan for 3months.
magkano yung ganoon sir? curious lang
The last time I've known:
36K - 1 year unlimited
15K - 20K - 1 year 12 sessions/month
~3K - corporate rate, 3months
punta lang ako tapos 3k - 3 months na? or dapat nasa company ako na ganito etc..?
