Hi to all!
just a short intro
I am ansai, female, 55.8kg 27% fat and just got back to go to gym and diet the last 2days. Hoping to last for 3 months with the diet.
I am frustrated to be fit and most of the time I fail my goal and not happy with the results which leads me to stop or lose my focus. Hopefully this time I can accomplish something.
Hopefully this forum can help me be motivated. Any suggestion is very welcome.

Out of curiousity, bakit po 3 months?
3months initially kasi para sa diet un, hirap ako magtrack at magpigil ng cravings sa food pero ngayon umayos naman. anyway, almost naka 1month na ko and so far happy naman ako sa results. di ko pa nga lang makita sa salamin pero medyo lumuluwag na mga damit. ni-try ko alng magbuhat so far eto ung pinakamabilis para sakin for fat loss. (dati puro takbo, bike or ung group ex sa gym pumapayat ako pero skinny fat di lumiliit ung tyan).
good luck satin. gawa ka lang ng journal madami naman mga masters dito na magadvise at willing tumulong sa mga baguhang tulad natin.
Wow, 1 month na. Progress na yan, syempre una mo makikita sa mga damit mo :biggrin: Good job!
I know what you mean, the same with me before. Ran a lot before, and gave up easily. Good luck talaga, salamat!
