been hitting the gym siguro almost 4years na, may stop naman ng mga 4months , and ngayon bumalik ako uli magbuhat, i gained strength but in size :-( maliit lang na nonotice ko sa body ko, honestly i don't eat that much i actually don't know yung pag compute ng calorie intake and pati protein, i just eat what i want but i'm not consistent because of my appetite , ngayon i'm trying to force myself to eat, double it up , like 2 rice ,fruits and veggies ,
my program is like this
squat/chest
squat/shoulder
squat/back
squat/arms
squat/deadlift
are this ok for me,

Kung mahina appetite mo, subukan mo mag supplement ng meal replacement formulas at protein powders.
bro. Nurtition comes first in bodybuidling. you can bust your ass 1-3 hrs in the gym but the struggle is keeping yourself right on track in the remaining hours of the day. how can you grow if your not eating properly. force feed yourself like forcing yourself to lift that heavy ass weights. unless you have a medical condition with regards to your appetite, then its all in the mind bruh. create a journal bro so that you can track everything you do. also for other members here to comment on. surely they will give suggestions and tweaks on your workout and diet. peace! dati bro meron dun sa taas ng restaurant (Universal gym) yun pero matagal ng nagsara yun... meron bago tapat ng shell nakalimutan ko lang pangalan eh...
1st floor - puro DB at bench
2nd floor - mga back at leg equipments
3rd floor - cardio at zumba area
