d pako nakakapag deload kase, kase after ko nmn mag stall sa 1 exercise nabubuo ko 5x5 sya sa susunod with same weight e..
ayun. malakas ka nga papi in 1 month time imo pag lalong bumigat yang binubuhat mo since d ka naman madalas mag stall, mas magiging challenging na yang sl 5x5 mo. it takes time tlga yang sl lalo in the early stage. tama ung sinabi ni poweraesthetics na try adding Pull ups- on row days & dips on OHP days. incorporate core exercises nadin like variations of planks x 3 sets ea after the prog. d naman masama mag cardio mag HIIT ka kahit mga 20-30 mins after sunog ka sigurado.
