    Go bulk, gain more lean muscle, and lift heavy ass weights, do core exercises like squat,dls,leg workout all heavy. Mas malake pako sayo last year pero nde ako nag concwntrate sa tiyan. Kusa yan mawawala pa low na bodyfat mo at muscles na ang na gain mo.

    mag calorie surplus ka. add 250-500 calories. 1g-1.5g protein / 1.5g-2.0 carbs / 1 fats

    Eat more when bulking. And most importatnt train hard and heavy. Nde maiwasan mag gain ng fats pero minimal lang. Katawan mo yan dapat alam mo na rythm nya sa 1yr na diet mo. Since parang same tayo ng body strctre i suggest leangains intermittent fasting.

    I actualy dont look at the weighing scale nag dedepend ako sa salamin. S height ko prefer ko 175lbs to 180 na lean.

    ako sir wala paki sa chan e haha bulk lang ng bulk. pero its up to you. pwede mo pa sobrahan yan. basta lift heavy tapos eat heavy tas tulog yan lang formula dyan. gl papi
