    we have a journal section right here, you may opt to post your goals, current workout routine, meal plan, etc... you may also use it to log/update the status of your progress when it comes to your workout and goals later on. you may post your questions in your journal if you need help from the other members here. :smile:

    hello po, ayos lang po ba ang mag weightlifting ako sa bahay? goal ko po kasing magkaroon ng magandang katawan kasi payat aq 15 yrs. old 5.5 ang height , may-ari po kasi aq ng computer shop kya d q maiiwasan mag computer araw-araw. pero po gumawa aq ng dumbbell na semento.. bicep,triceps at abs lang naman po ang papalakihin q ayos lang po ba yun? suggest naman po kayo ng mga pwdeng gawin q.. thnx :)
