Someone new here

Hi Guys!

My name is Vinze. 20 y/o. 5'11 and 152 lbs. I started working out way back to 2010 but I stopped after 3 months due to academics. However, I have decided to enroll again last Jan 2012 since nagwowork na ako. Ang starting weight ko last Jan 2012 is 146 lbs.

Binigyan nila ako ng program which I used for 2 months pero lately I have decided to use 5x5 na instead. I am working out 3 times a week. Medyo hirap lang kasi laging 1 hour before magclose ang gym ako lagi nakakarating due to office work. I am also taking serious mass everyday before I sleep.

My goals are:
- to gain mass
- to meet the recommended weight for my age & height - 160 lbs (or more)
- to be a better me

I have read some of the journals here and I am very inspired sa mga ectomorphs na kagaya ko. I still have a long way to go. :P

    Nga pala nagtry ulit ako magsquat kahapon. hindi masakit sa likod though the pressure is still there. pero bat gnon, parang hindi ko masyado ramdam sa legs unlike pag nagdead lift ako..

    thanks sir kyzack! yung journal.. di ko pa alam. hehe medyo nahihiya pa ako magpost ng pic kasi ang payat ko pa. hehe

    mga 5'11 1/2 siguro ako.. naweiweirduhan ako sa height ko.. hehe sana maging pang-model na yung katawan soon! :))

    Yup, start of week 2 ko na sa tues. siguro nga, kasi 72 lbs pa lang kaya ko isquat...

    Create appropriate title sa journal mo..para hindi ka maligaw..
    Isang page lang yung lagi mong babalik-balikan...

    Nasaan na ang mga masters?! Hehe. Bakit mo nasabing maikli ang 1 hour? Ang dami dami dito na less than an hour magworkout pero halimaw sa laki.
