Guys na try ko na SPS for fat loss. Effective siya saken.. well at least yung workouts.
Bumakat ng konti abs ko within 4-5 months hehehe (hindi ako sugo ni Mike Chang ha)
Kaso I made some changes like:
*Food portioning - Hindi effective for me. Nag calorie count ako using excel file hehe. Pero naging eye-opener saken yung nutrition program nya.. since napanood ko yun eh nag grill narin ako ng food.
*Add ako ng cardio pag gising sa umaga and on empty stomach 4x a week.
*Sobrang daming gulay
*Supps: Whey (Dymatize and ON na try ko) + Fat burner na Lipo6 kalahating container (yung hindi color black)
*Carb cycling and tapering
*** In short ung exercises lang ang ginamit ko.
Nakita ko narin yung Hall of Shame ni Scooby and na discourage ako..pero since nasimulan ko na at masarap naman sa katawan yung WO (actually masakit na masarap).. try ko narin ituloy hehe
Nag track din ako progress(before and after pics, BF%, measurements) online, pm nyo lang ako if you like to see pics (ayoko lang i-post dito sa forum thread) :P

i dont no why, I think mike's picture tells it all.
i know scooby hehehe, his video tutorials are mostly home workouts.
mas ok talaga si scooby kasi free lahat and he doesn't encourage you to buy anything
si mike chang ok naman yung mga free niya na tips helpful din like the m100s and other workouts
ang hindi ko lang alam is kung sulit yung sixpackshortcuts niya hehe
