My progress 212 to 153 pounds

last time nag post ako dito march 2011 I was 212

as of today 153 na ako. pero malaki padin fat sa katawan ko, any comments appreciated!eto yung pics.

    Abs talaga goal mo? well kaya yan thru caloric deficit plus heavy lifting. Pero pag na define na ung abs mo bro i think super payat ka nyan.

    medyo marami nga fat.. try weightlifting. kung nagbubuhat ka na make it heavy as papa monch said and intense.
  • halos same tayo ng body structure paps, pero nde ako nag focus sa abs, nag focus ako mag buhat ng heavy para define arms, broad shoulders, tapos legs workout, kusa naman tumigas abs ko, and kahet papano lumiit tiyan ko, i also do running every other day or basketball,
