newbie here! hindi ko pa na-try mag gym buong buhay ko pero gusto ko na ng healthy lifestyle. hindi ko lam kung pano mag start kung san ako kukuha ng program kaya forum-forum muna ako.

my weight is 161 lbs..my eating habit kahit ano lang, malimit din ako sa fast food, pero willing ako baguhin eating habits ko para maging healthy na din..
