newbie

newbie here! hindi ko pa na-try mag gym buong buhay ko pero gusto ko na ng healthy lifestyle. hindi ko lam kung pano mag start kung san ako kukuha ng program kaya forum-forum muna ako. :D

    hindi ko alam kung mahirap ba to ma-achieve o hindi..
    my weight is 161 lbs..my eating habit kahit ano lang, malimit din ako sa fast food, pero willing ako baguhin eating habits ko para maging healthy na din..
