Kumusta haha, kaka discover ko lng ng forum na to a while ago
and it got my attention, matagal na akong nag reresearch ng mga
Bodybuilding Trainings and programs pero never pumasok sa isip ko
na may existing forums exclusively for pinoy body builders and as
I spotted this site and read some treads and articles I had a feeling
that I belong here maybe because what I you guys experience trough out your years of trainings is what I experience too..
Actually, Most of the time I'm a gym loner madalas wala akong kausap
pag nag bubuhat, I started using weights since I was 2nd yr HS kasi
nahilig ako sa basket ball like others gusto magging trained atlethe even in my Own little way,
The fact na ang nag mulat sakin sa bodybuilding is yung step dad ko whose reacently retire going to gym as he hit he's 50th bday.
So Far, On and Off din ako sa Gym there are times na Inayawan ko na rin ung pag bubuhat kasi parang wala namang improvment meron man pero maliit,
Oo na fufustrate din ako kapag nakaka kita ako ng mas malaki sakin lalo na pag di kokilala,
Pero kahit ganun everytime na dadaan ako sa mga gym feeling ko may humihila sakin papasok para mag buhat.
Last week I've decided to give it another shot and this time w/ me having work I think mas ma sustain ko na ung
first 3mons training ko na sana this time matapos ko.

=Strong-lift 5x5 12 weeks training=
2 sets of workout|3 times a week
Status: 1 week [/size][/align]

gawa ka din ng journal mo boss para ma-document mo progress mo at para sa mga tips ng mga masters!
Hi noob12.. Same here First Week ko palng rin..
These are my plans.. Get Bulky solid Maskels then cut get cardio diet or sabi nila pag "papatuyo" to get more lean maskels..daw..
Hope this one works for me..
