Goal:Lumaki define medyo ang cuts /

Diet:6x a day kumain small meals na tama lang

Current Program:
monday chest/tri's tuesday legs'/abs wednesday/ off. thursday/back/biceps /friday shoulders/

sa homegym lang kasi namin ako nag wo workout may dumbbells and barbells. bench/flat/incline/

planning to buy supplements coz i think i'm not getting the right amount of nutrients sa foods na kinakain ko everyday need ur help kung may ma su suggest kayu na program para sakin and mga tamang reps and sets . andami ko na na research about bodybuilding and gusto ko matutunan ang right bodybuilding thanks guys

  • anu po ba ang current physique natin ngaun? payat po ba or medyo nasa medyo katabaan na side? kasi if you are aiming to have cuts unang requirement dun is meron ka dapat lean mass kasi useless kung magkacutting ka ng wala ka naman lean muscle. and let me correct one point dun sa post mo sorry but im gonna put it bluntly "in order for you to get BIG you need to lift heavy-ass weights p para magkaroon ka ng muscles" walang ibang paraan, no shortcuts. at dapat may progression kahit minimal every week one day magugulat ka nalang mabigat na yung nabubuhat mo. Now sa supps, ayus lang mag supps but i would still recommend whole foods na pinaka main source ng nutrients mo during recovery. hope it covers most of your questions.

    ty sir payat kasi ako pero hindi ung buto buto ksi nang magsimula ako nag workout nakikita ko sa salamin na nag kalaman ako parang tumaba ng konti sir. sir kung heavy ass weights naman kaya ko lang sa bench ngayun 90lbs . bakit ang sabi ng iba kahit hindi heavy basta proper execution correct me if i'm wrong sir / and how many exercises sa back and shoulders ang need ko is it 3-4 or 2-3 exercises enough na? ty.

    train heavy , focus on compound lifts , eat like a dinosaur and proper rest...

    ok pala ang compound lifts kasi nagbabalak ako mag compound lifts with isolation
    para ma maximizei need to lift heavy ass weights pano pag di ko kaya ng heavy ass weights sa barbell bicep curls hhehehehe. kaya ko lang kasi dun 30lbs? hehehe

  • Hmm may nanotice ako sa meals mo, you eat small? naku kelangan kain ka po madami para lumaki ka, dont mind getting a bit of belly mawawala din yan pag nag cutting phase ka na.

    ok what i mean was ung heaviest mo na kayang buhatin nde yung heaviest ng iba na nakikita mo. important kasi na heavy para mastimulate ung muscles na mag adapt sa tension ng bubuhatin mo, tapos once nakapagrecover na muscles mo theyll become a bit bigger and a bit stronger thats the time you add more weight sa binubuhat mo. like ive said kahit paunti unti lang wag ka po magmadali na maging malakas agad. darating ka din dun.

    heavy means yung Heavy na weight para sayo :) hindi yung heavy na hindi mo kayang buhatin nyahahha..

    nyahaha joke lang sir .. di ko pa nakuha ht and weight ko sir di pa ko nakatimbang ulit cguro mga height ko 5'7 to 5'8 kundi ako nagkakamali . o kundi naman 5'9


    sir tanung ko ulit kung kelangan bang mag incline or flat nalang kapag mag che chest ako? kasi incline/flat ako sa chest

    sir sa tingin mo ok na ung routine ko? once a week lang ako mag chest; incline/flat. may gym kc sa harap ng kanto namin parang nkikita ko lang flat bench lang ang nandun . ok ba mag flat lang ndi na incline? sorry sir ha dami ako tanung almost 5months nako ng bubuhat d2 sa homegym namin kahit na sa tingin ko hardgainer ako .kapag natingin naman ako sa salamin nakikita ko tumaba na nagkalaman katawan ko andami ko na nabasa about bb pero parang marami pako gusto malaman kaya andami kong tanong! 6x a day kapag kanin marami ako kumain sir . basta source of protein kinakain ko. kaya gusto ko mag supplement para kahit na nde masyado sa protein ang kinakain ko meron ako altenate na mapagkukunan ty

    yes ok lang ang once a week ang chest. try to make sure na din that u have progressions every week. and like what was already said, eat big! really big!

    and ok lang na maraming tanong. dats y ur here in da first place :D welkam!

    Kay bro Kyzack ayus lang yung ganung routine. tanong tanong ka lang dito pag mdyo may di malinaw sayu about your workout or anything.

    parang ganito lang proseso boss..

    Gym "stimulate muscle" by lifting heavyass wts lol! dito nag kakaroon ng micro tears..

    Defense/Response ng Body - anong nagyayari hindi ko pa na eexperience ang gganitong type ng pag attack sa mga muscles ko nag ka punit punit nyahahaha..

    So body will repair NOTE: body will not just repair at ibalik sa dating form yung muscle mo BUT will try to improve your muscle by making it more bigger "defense mechanism" ng body para sa next attack mo hindi sya ma shock ng ganun...

    Thats why you increase yung load "progressive" sa mga ff. workout mo, para magulat nananamn si muscle mo at mag improve nananamn sya...

    syempre sa pag improve ng katawan mo kelangan ng body mo ng mga nutrients.. yan yung food ^^ protein carbs etc.. so failure to provide the necessary amt. of nut. = fail di sya lalaki kahit gusto nya lumaki nyahahah

    and before i forgot yung body nag re repair pag tulog ka...

    So in a nutshell..

    GYM>Eat>Rest

    so pag dika lumalaki madali mo i pinpnt check mo lang yang 3 na yan... and MOSTLY sa pagkain lang nag f fail ang karamihan..


    hahaha lol body talaga matalino daming defense nyan kung alam mo lang .. OT

    pag dka nag g gloves, sabi ni body ang sakit namann .. gagawin nya ? pakapalin yang balat = KALYO nyahaha aun dina masakit

  • mga sir nalilito ako kung kc homegym nga namin ako nag wo workout pa help naman split routine ako. mga ilang exercises sa back ang need ko? give me samples kasi back/biceps ang combination ko . k ok naba ang barbell rows and deadlifts for the back? thanks .

    kelangan ba magdagdag ng magdagdag ng weights kunwari buhat ko sa rows 60lbs dagdag ulit ako hanggang umabot ng mga 300lbs haha???

  • sorry late rep. sa deads and rows mga 2 sets na heavy tapos another 2 sets ng chin-ups for your back day is fine. ok pag dating sa progression do it on a weekly basis ha. for example 60lbs DLs mo this week, then add at least mga 5-10 pounds next week na mag DLs ka uli pro 5 lbs is gonna be ok basta may progression then week after next add another 5 lbs ganung sistema.

    Pag chest/tri day mo, try to add dips dun sa routine mo and tri-extensions. pag yung shoulders/tri day skull crushers saka cable pushdowns ang pwede mo siguro idagdag.

    Jed, basta may progression every week. your muscle would have adopted to the poundage you'll use this week, so on your next session, shock your muscle by adding kahit 5 lbs pa yan.

    shocking your muscle with a weight it has never lifted before = muscle growth

    tomoh! si brader zack, maniwala ka kasi sa kanya ako natuto magbuhat ng matino at mabigat hehe. wala na wenta sakin ung sobrang gaan at super dami na set, di lalaki maskels mo dun. :D
  • srap ng pakiramdam ng nasusuka nakakatuwa dmi ko kinaen hahaha 1 platong rice daing tinapa 2 banana and 1 bottle of soya milk and 1 glass of water hahahah
  • good2x keep it up, though medyo hinay2x sa soya products nakapagbaba ng testo levels yan at nakakataas ng estrogen. :)
