magandang araw mga kosa bago lang po ako sa forums na ito pero matagal tagal na rin po ako sa body building masasabi ko pong isa akong gym addic dahil 6 days a week ako mag workout more on Hiit then crossfit, caveman and circuit training sana po madagdagan ang aking kaalaman sa bodybuilding
